Daniel Parr changed my experience. I previously dealt with Russ on my first two vehicles and since then had multiple people making contact not understanding my requirements, not following up etc Dan was easy to deal with, listened and got the deal

The salesman was persuasive, but not pushy. I genuinely felt he was working to help me. He answered any questions I had, and was always available. He looked to resolve any issues and nothing was a problem. The handover was great.

The experience was painless. On the negative side and it wasn't John Farrington's fault - the sales booths at Williams Bolton were uncomfortable in 2017 and are worse in 2024!

When I went to collect my car I was greeted by Steven and all the paper work was all ready there to sign. My car was waiting for me in a side room under a black BMW cloth and flowers on the table. This made the whole experience.

The lack of awareness of people's busy lives is very disappointing. I go to a BMw service centre because I expect a better service than Halfords etc. Unfortunately the service isn't better, in fact it's quite a bit worse.

They still are not offering a collect and delivery service. Pre-booked courtesy car wasn't available on the day, they put me in a taxi home. I needed a car for the afternoon so they promised the car back at 12:30pm. The car was delivered 2:00pm. Poor

Everything with booking in, service desk very professional and helpful. The A courtesy car wasn't available but BMW offered to reimburse me for a taxi. It took 3 weeks before I was reimbursed so that's the only issue i had with my service experience

Having to wait the whole day to have my brakes changed and to be told that they had to drive to Trafford branch(4.00pm) to get them, the car was valeted but there were still dirt/dust marks on the outside of the car. I have had to pay £40 elsewhere.

The oil service went perfectly. However, ypu have left me with a permanent alarm on the car about the brake pads needing replacing soon. I'm happy to be informed about it,but you have no right to enable that warning which the owner cannot cancel.

Everyone I dealt with from the receptionist to the service manager was great. Pleasantly surprised with the calibre of my courtesy car, it softened the blow and made the inconvenience of mine being broke better.

Would give10/10 and did yesterday on the phone call, that as before I opened my boot today to find it messy, the electric cable was unwound and left in the boot having been used and not put away. Boot could have been hoovered. Disappointing.
