Service team and wider workshop all are interested in delivering for the customer. The Bolton team are always my first port of call should I have a problem. My son also had excellent assistance during a recent tyre problem.

I have had my X6 for 4 weeks. Although the workings of the Apps etc were explained to me by Ali there was a lot of information to take in. As an old person who's not really into IT I found it a bit overwhelming. Louis helped sort out problems I had.

My partner rung up to book it in and they said it would be 2 hours. Somebody rung me and said it would be 90 mins. Then when my partner dropped off the car they said it would be 3.5hrs when it's finished. But the the guy was apologetic about it.

Mix up with date of recall (EGR) which was not responded to by BMW. Upon inspection l was informed that my vehicle did not require any work carried out despite numerous previous notifications. But EGR warning light came on 10 days prior to this??
